Our beautiful location “Kookerij het Singel” offers you the opportunity to enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner in our Living room restaurant. We serve lunch and dinner with fresh, local products aimed at pleasantly surprising our guests. Delicious food in an intimate, relaxed setting with family, friends or colleagues. Enjoy sitting at our large wooden table, in our cosy livingroom, with view of the Singel. This is Kookerij het Singel. In the middle of Amsterdam, near the ‘Negen Straatjes’!

We have capacity and space for up to twenty people (sometimes a little more…) Every group has the exclusive use of the table and the entire Living room. So you are free to celebrate exactly as you wish.

Sail & Eat

Sail through the amazing Amsterdam canals for one and a half to two hours, whilst enjoying some delicious tapas…and conclude your trip with dinner at the Kookerij on the Singel. We offer a longboat or a riverboat from the Amsterdam Boat Center, with tapas and welcome snacks on board. You may choose your route together with the captain.
